At T.E.A.M .Academy, we believe students deserve more than a one-size-fits-all education system. T.E.A.M. Academy was founded by two educators who saw firsthand that too many students were being overlooked by traditional public school systems. After years of watching students struggle in rigid educational models that often failed to connect learning with real-life opportunities, we decided to create something different — a school built around purpose, pathways, and preparation for life after graduation.
Across Oklahoma, students are graduating with a standard diploma but without the skills, certifications, experience, or support systems needed to successfully transition into careers, higher education, or military service. Recent state data shows that while graduation rates remain high, many students are still leaving high school unprepared for college or the workforce.
T.E.A.M. Academy was designed to bridge that gap.

The team behind T.E.A.M. Academy is made up of experienced educators and community leaders who believe students deserve more than a one-size-fits-all education.
T.E.A.M. Academy was founded by two teachers who spent years working directly with students in public education and saw a growing disconnect between traditional schooling and real-world success. Too many students were graduating without clear direction, career readiness skills, or meaningful pathways into adulthood. We watched talented students fall through the cracks simply because the system was not designed to meet their individual strengths, interests, or goals.
Rather than continuing to work within a broken system, we chose to build something different.
Our team brings together experience in education, career and technical training, student leadership development, workforce readiness, community partnerships, and student support services. We are passionate about creating a school culture where students feel valued, challenged, supported, and connected to opportunities beyond the classroom.
